My Lord,

I have the honour to report that I have granted to Mr. J. J. Bryan, Drainage Surveyor in the Public Works Department, a pension at the rate of $1,375.00 per annum at 3s. 8d. the dollar, with effect from the 24th, April, - 1919, and that the Crown Agents for the Colonies have been instructed to issue payments to him as they become due.
